I. Individual rating
1.
The formula for calculating the final rating of a report (article) at a stage
of a competition of any level and type in research analytics in a relevant
section is as follows:

– "average rating by experts", calculated as a sum of points given by
all experts who have the work (APE) divided by the number of the experts (NE);
ARP
– "average rating by participants of the conference (stage of a
championship) who have assessed the work", calculated as a sum of points
given by all participants who have the work (APP) divided by the number of the
participants (NE);
NPA
- "number of participants having assessed the work" (assessing means
giving a rating).
On
the basis of the " FR " assessment, the winners and prize-winners are
determined at separate stages of championships of various levels and types.

The formula for calculating the current and final personal ranking of a
participant of a competition of any level and type (Personal research
effectiveness ranking, PRER) in a relevant nominated section is as follows (the
formula is calculated after each stage of the championship in each section):

relevant nominated section, as well as in "open specialized

– "number of participations as an independent author" (i.e., the
number of participations with reports (articles) presented independently in a
relevant nominated section, as well as in "open specialized

– "number of participations" (i.e., the total number of reports,
presented in the nominated section during the whole year);

– "average rating" (i.e. the average rating given for all reports of
any type in all sections except for "open interdisciplinary
sections") calculated using the formula: the total given rating (TR) /
overall number of evaluated works of an author (TNW);
AC
– "activity coefficient" (i.e. the number of comments left by a
person in dialogue windows of reports of other participants in a nominated
section);
BPOC
– "bonuses for participation in other competitions" (i.e. additional
points added to the rating for participation and success in other nominated
sections of the same level or in competitions of other levels in nominated
sections and "open specialized sections"). BPOC is calculated as
follows: the total bonuses for participation in other competitions (TBOC) х
coefficient of the level of a competition in whose personal ranking the bonuses
are counted (CLC).

- Within each stage of the championship in one section, the participant has the
right to submit up to 3 author's works. Therefore, in the numerator of the
formula, the coefficient grades of all diplomas that can be obtained by the
participant at the stage of the championship in a particular section are summed
up.
2. With the help of the PRER rating, the results of the championships in scientific analytics at the end of the year of various levels and types are determined. Such totals are calculated by setting values corresponding to a specific format of the championship into the PRER formula. THESE DATA ARE SHOWN IN THE TABLE.
II. Collective ratings
1.
Ranking of the IASHE is a system of data calculated using a special formula, in
the form of numerical and ordinal rates representing an absolute and relative
value, as well as a hierarchy of compared values describing the scientific and analytical
activity and effectiveness of participation in the project of individuals, as
well as educational institutions, countries and continents they represent.
2.
The purpose of rankings comes to identifying, under the objective criteria, a
comparative superiority of one contestants over the other and thus defining the
winners and awardees of the ranking evaluation for the relevant periods.

Besides the PRER ranking, which is described in p. 28 of chapter 12 of these
Regulations, the following types of rankings are also formed, systematically
and synchronously corrected and are subject to final absolute and analytical
statement in the project:
a)
Universities general (interdisciplinary) research activity ranking (UGRAR)
The
ranking is calculated by summing the total number of scientific works (reports,
articles) - TNW, presented in any sections at the stages of championships
(conferences) of corresponding levels by the students, postgraduates, teachers
or graduates of individual universities (regardless of field specificity of the
universities and themes of the conferences).
UGRAR
is calculated in the following versions:
National
UGRAR (NUGRAR), counting only reports of the representatives of the
universities participating in the championships of a certain country;
Continental
UGRAR (CUGRAR), counting reports of the representatives of the universities
participating in the championships of a certain continent;
Continental
Interstate CUGRAR (CICUGRAR), classified into categories by individual
countries;
World
UGRAR (WUGRAR), counting reports of the representatives of the universities
participating in the World Championships;
World
Interstate WUGRAR (WIWUGRAR), classified into categories by individual
countries/continents;
Global
(absolute) UGRAR, counting reports of the representatives of the universities
participating in championships of any level and type. The Global UGRAR (GUGRAR)
is calculated using the following formula:

Universities special (field-specific) research activity ranking (USRAR)
The
ranking is calculated by summing the total number of specialized
(field-specific) scientific works (reports, articles) presented in the
nominated and open specialized sections (not counting open interdisciplinary
sections) at the stages of championships (conferences) of corresponding levels
in a certain field of science by the students, postgraduates, teachers or
graduates of individual universities (regardless of field specificity of the
universities and specific sections in which the works are presented for
participation in championships in the corresponding field of science).
The
USRAR ranking is calculated separately for each field of science and has the
following variations:
National
USRAR (NUSRAR), counting only field-specific reports of the representatives of
the universities participating in the championships of a certain country;
Continental
USRAR (CUSRAR), counting field-specific reports of the representatives of the
universities participating in the championships of a certain continent;
Continental
Interstate CUSRAR (CICUSRAR), classified into categories by individual
countries;
World
USRAR (WUSRAR), counting field-specific reports of the representatives of the
universities participating in the World Championships;
World
Interstate WUSRAR (WIWUSRAR), classified into categories by individual
countries/continents.
Global
(absolute) USRAR, counting field-specific reports of the representatives of the
universities participating in championships of any level and type. The Global
USRAR (GUSRAR) is calculated using the following formula:

C)
Universities general (interdisciplinary) research effectiveness ranking (UGRER)
The
ranking is calculated by summing the total number of rating points (expert
ratings) for the entire set of scientific works - "RPSSR" (reports,
articles), presented at the stages of championships in all sections (except for
open interdisciplinary sections) by the students, postgraduates, teachers and
graduates of individual universities (regardless of field specificity of the
universities and themes of the conferences), further dividing this sum of
points by the number of such works - "NW", and adding to the result:
1 point for each presented work - "W" and 2 points for each diploma
of the winner or awardee, or an incentive diploma ("D") given to a
sole author, and 1.5 points to the co-authors. The formula for calculating
UGRER is as follows : RPSSR / NW + (1 х W) + (2 (or 1.5) х D).
The
UGRER ranking has the following variations:

4.
The IASHE may create, modify, analyse and summarize the rankings specified in
these Regulations without the consent of persons involved.
5.
In each reporting year, the IASHE may at its own discretion form all of the
rankings specified in these Regulations or individual variations of them, as
well as introduce new types of rankings or correct the content and system of
calculating the existing types of rankings, by making corresponding changes to
these Regulations.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE IASHE SITE
RUS
I. Индивидуальный рейтинг
1. Формула расчета текущего и итогового
персонального рейтинга участника турнира любого уровня и вида (Персональный
рейтинг научно-исследовательской эффективности – ПРНИЭ) по соответствующей
номинированной секции, которая высчитывается после каждого этапа первенства в
каждой секции, имеет следующий вид:

- «количество участий самостоятельных» (то есть – количество участий с
докладами (статьями), представленными самостоятельно в соответствующей

КУСо – «количество участий в соавторстве»
(то есть – количество участий с докладами (статьями), представленными в
соавторстве в соответствующей номинированной секции, а также в «отраслевых

Куч
– «количество участий» (то есть – общее количество участий с докладами
любого вида в рамках секции);
СрБ – «средний балл» (то есть – средний
балл, полученный за все доклады любого вида во всех секциях, кроме
«межотраслевых открытых секций»), выводимый по формуле: сумма полученных баллов
(СБ) / общее количество оцененных работ автора (ОКР);
КА – «коэффициент активности» (то есть –
количество комментариев, оставленных данным лицом в диалоговых окнах докладов
других участников номинированной секции);
БУДТ – «бонусы за участие в других турнирах»
(то есть – дополнительные баллы, начисляемые в рейтинг за участие и успехи в
других номинированных секциях аналогичного уровня или турнирах других уровней в
номинированных секциях и «отраслевых открытых секциях»). БУДТ рассчитывается
следующим образом: сумма всех бонусов за участие в других турнирах (СБДТ) х на
коэффициент уровня турнира, в персональном рейтинге которого учитываются такие
бонусы (КУТ).
* - Поскольку в рамках каждого этапа
первенства в одной секции участник вправе представить до 3 авторских работ, в
числителе формулы суммируются коэффициентные оценки всех дипломов, которые
могут быть получены участником на этапе первенства в конкретной секции.
На основании оценки рейтинга ПРНИЭ
определяются победители и призеры первенств различных уровней и видов по итогам
года, а также отслеживается турнирное положение участников в течение года –
после каждого этапа.
2. С помощью Персонального рейтинга научно-исследовательской эффективности (ПРНИЭ) определяются результаты первенств по научной аналитике по итогам года различных уровней и видов – путем постановки в формулу ПРНИЭ значений, соответствующих конкретному формату первенства. II. Коллективные рейтинги
1. Рейтинг МАНВО – это система, рассчитанных
по специальной формуле, данных в виде
числовых и порядковых показателей, отображающая абсолютную и
сравнительную величину, а также иерархию сопоставляемых значений,
характеризующих научно-аналитическую активность и эффективность участия в
проекте отдельных лиц, а также же представляемых ими учебных заведений, стран и
континентов.
2. Целевой назначение рейтинга сводится к
выявлению по заявленным предметным критериям
сравнительных преимуществ одних фигурантов рейтинга над другими и
определению, таким образом, победителей и призеров рейтингового оценивания за
соответствующие отчетные периоды времени.
3. Помимо рейтинга ПРНИЭ, смысловое
содержание и математическая формула которого, регламентированы п. 28 главы 12
настоящего Регламента, в проекте также формируются, системно и синхронно
корректируются и подвергаются итоговой абсолютной и аналитической констатации,
следующие виды рейтингов:
а) Рейтинг Общей (межотраслевой)
научно-исследовательской активности ВУЗов (РОНИА)
Рейтинг рассчитывается путем суммирования
общего количества научных работ (докладов, статей) – ОКР, представленных в
любых секциях на этапах первенств (конференции) соответствующих уровней
студентами, аспирантами, педагогами или выпускниками отдельных ВУЗов (без учета
отраслевой специфики ВУЗов и тематик проведенных конференций).
РОНИА рассчитывается в следующих
вариантах:
Национальный РОНИА (НРОНИА) – учитываются
только доклады представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретной страны;
Континентальный РОНИА (КРОНИА) –
учитываются доклады представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретного континента;
Континентальный межгосударственный КРОНИА
(КМКРОНИА) – КРОНИА с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам;
Всемирный РОНИА (ВРОНИА) – учитываются
доклады представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в
первенствах Мира;
Всемирный межгосударственный ВРОНИА
(ВМВРОНИА) – ВРОНИА с объединительной выборкой по отдельным
странам/континентам;
Глобальный (абсолютный) РОНИА - учитываются доклады представителей ВУЗов,
участвующих в первенствах любого уровня
и вида. Глобальный РОНИА (ГРОНИА) рассчитывается по формуле:

ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретной

Всемирный межгосударственный ГРОНИА
(ВМГРОНИА) – ГРОНИА с объединительной выборкой по отдельным
странам/континентам.
Б) Рейтинг специальной (отраслевой)
научно-исследовательской активности ВУЗов (РСНИА)
Рейтинг рассчитывается путем суммирования
общего количества специальных (отраслевых) научных работ (докладов, статей),
представленных в номинированных и отраслевых открытых секциях (без учета межотраслевых открытых секций) на
этапах первенств (конференциях) соответствующих уровней по определенной отрасли
науки студентами, аспирантами, педагогами или выпускниками отдельных ВУЗов (без
учета отраслевой специфики ВУЗов и конкретных секций, на которые представляются
научные работы для участия в первенствах по соответствующей отрасли науки).
Рейтинг РСНИА выявляется по каждой отрасли
науки в отдельности и имеет следующие
разновидности:
Национальный РСНИА (НРСНИА) – учитываются только
отраслевые доклады представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретной страны;
Континентальный РСНИА (КРСНИА) – учитываются отраслевые доклады
представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в
первенствах конкретного континента;
Континентальный межгосударственный КРСНИА
(КМКРСНИА) – КРСНИА с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам;
Всемирный РСНИА (ВРСНИА) – учитываются
отраслевые доклады представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах Мира;
Всемирный межгосударственный ВРСНИА
(ВМВРСНИА) –ВРСНИА с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам/континентам.
Глобальный (абсолютный) РСНИА - учитываются отраслевые доклады представителей
ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах любого
уровня и вида. Глобальный РСНИА (ГРСНИА) рассчитывается по формуле:

представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в

Всемирный межгосударственный ГРСНИА
(ВМГРСНИА) – ГРСНИА с объединительной выборкой по отдельным
странам/континентам.
В) Рейтинг общей (межотраслевой)
научно-исследовательской эффективности ВУЗов (РОНИЭ)
Рейтинг рассчитывается путем суммирования
общего количества оценочных показателей в баллах (экспертных оценок) всей
совокупности научных работ – «ОПСНР» (докладов, статей), представленных на
этапах первенств в любые секции (кроме открытых межотраслевых) студентами,
аспирантами, педагогами и выпускниками отдельных ВУЗов (без учета отраслевой
специфики ВУЗов и тематик проведенных конференций), последующего деления
полученной суммы баллов на количество таких работ – «КР» и добавлением к
полученному результату: 1 балла за каждую представленную работу – «Р» и 2 балла за каждый диплом
победителя, призера или поощрительный диплом («Д») , врученный единоличному
автору и 1,5 балла – соавторам. Формула
расчета РОНИЭ имеет следующий вид: ОПСНР / КР + (1 х Р) + (2 (или 1,5) х Д).
Рейтинг РОНИЭ имеет следующие разновидности:
Национальный РОНИЭ (НРОНИЭ) – учитываются доклады и
дипломы представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в
первенствах конкретной страны;
Континентальный РОНИЭ (КРОНИЭ) – учитываются доклады и
дипломы представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в
первенствах конкретного континента;
Континентальный межгосударственный КРОНИЭ
(КМКРОНИЭ) – КРОНИЭ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам;
Всемирный РОНИЭ (ВРОНИЭ) –
учитываются доклады и дипломы
представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в
первенствах Мира;
Всемирный межгосударственный ВРОНИЭ (ВМВРОНИЭ) –
ВРОНИЭ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам/континентам.
Глобальный (абсолютный) РОНИЭ (ГРОНИЭ) -
учитываются работы (доклады, статьи), представленные на первенствах
(конференциях) всех видов и уровней, а также участвующие в любых секциях, кроме
открытых межотраслевых. ГРОНИЭ рассчитывается
по следующей формуле:

ВУЗа на первенствах мира;
КНТ – коэффициент национального турнира,
равный 1;
ККТ – коэффициент континентального
турнира, равный 1,5;
КМТ – коэффициент первенства мира, равный

Всемирный межгосударственный ГРОНИЭ (ВМГРОНИЭ) –
ГРОНИЭ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам/континентам.
Г) Рейтинг специальной (отраслевой)
научно-исследовательской эффективности ВУЗов (РСНИЭ)
Рейтинг РСНИЭ рассчитывается таким же
образом, как и рейтинг РОНИЭ, но только с дифференцированием показателей по
отдельным отраслям науки.
Разновидности рейтинга РСНИЭ:
Национальный РСНИЭ (НРСНИЭ) – учитываются отраслевые доклады и
дипломы представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в
первенствах конкретной страны по данной отрасли науки;
Континентальный РСНИЭ (КРСНИЭ) –
учитываются отраслевые доклады и дипломы представителей ВУЗов, участвующих
в первенствах конкретного континента по
данной отрасли науки;
Континентальный межгосударственный РСНИЭ
(КМРСНИЭ) – КРСНИЭ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам;
Всемирный РСНИЭ (ВРСНИЭ) –
учитываются отраслевые доклады и дипломы
представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в
первенствах Мира по данной отрасли науки;
Всемирный межгосударственный РСНИЭ
(ВМРСНИЭ) – ВРСНИЭ с объединительной
выборкой по отдельным странам/континентам.
Глобальный (абсолютный) РСНИЭ (ГРСНИЭ)
- учитываются отраслевые работы
(доклады, статьи), представленные на первенствах (конференциях) по данной
отрасли науки всех уровней, участвующие в любых секциях, кроме открытых

Д) Рейтинг общей (межотраслевой)
научно-исследовательской активности молодых ученых и студенческой молодежи
(РОНИАМ)
Рейтинг РОНИАМ рассчитывается таким же
образом, как и рейтинг РОНИА, но при этом учитываются только научные работы
студентов, аспирантов, соискателей.
РОНИАМ имеет все те же разновидности, что
и РОНИА, но с учетом возрастной выборки:
Национальный РОНИАМ (НРОНИАМ) – учитываются
только доклады молодых представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретной страны;
Континентальный РОНИАМ (КРОНИАМ) –
учитываются доклады молодых представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретного континента;
Континентальный межгосударственный КРОНИАМ
(КМКРОНИАМ) – КРОНИАМ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам;
Всемирный РОНИАМ (ВРОНИАМ) – учитываются
доклады молодых представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах Мира;
Всемирный межгосударственный ВРОНИАМ
(ВМВРОНИАМ) – ВРОНИАМ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным
странам/континентам;
Глобальный (абсолютный) РОНИАМ - учитываются доклады представителей ВУЗов,
участвующих в первенствах любого уровня
и вида. Глобальный РОНИА (ГРНОИАМ)
Всемирный межгосударственный ГРОНИАМ
(ВМГРОНИАМ) – ГРОНИАМ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным
странам/континентам.
Е) Рейтинг общей (межотраслевой)
научно-исследовательской эффективности молодых ученых и студенческой молодежи
(РОНИЭМ)
РОНИЭМ = (((МДСо/ОКДСо)х1,2) +
((МДСа/ОКДса)х2) / (РМ/ОКР)) х (0,1 Х КДМ), где:
МДСо – дипломы молодежи ВУЗа,
полученные в соавторстве за работы,
представленные в любые секции (кроме открытых межотраслевых);
ОКДСо – общее количество дипломов ВУЗа,
полученных в соавторстве за работы, представленные в любые секции (кроме
открытых межотраслевых);
МДСа- дипломы молодежи ВУЗа, полученные
самостоятельно за работы, представленные в любые секции (кроме открытых
межотраслевых);
ОКДса – общее количество дипломов ВУЗА,
полученных отдельными авторами самостоятельно за работы, представленные в любые
секции (кроме открытых межотраслевых);
РМ – общее количество работ молодежи ВУЗа
(и самостоятельных, и написанных в соавторстве), представленных в любые секции
(кроме открытых межотраслевых);
ОКР – общее количество работ от
представителей ВУЗа, представленных в любые секции (кроме открытых
межотраслевых);
КДМ – общее количество дипломов молодежи
ВУЗа, полученных и самостоятельно, и в соавторстве за работы, представленные в
любые секции (кроме открытых межотраслевых).
Рейтинг РОНИЭМ имеет следующие разновидности:
Национальный РОНИЭМ (НРОНИЭМ) – учитываются доклады и
дипломы молодых представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретной страны;
Континентальный РОНИЭМ (КРОНИЭМ) – учитываются доклады и
дипломы молодых представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретного континента;

Ж) Рейтинг специальной
научно-исследовательской эффективности молодых ученых и студенческой молодежи
(РСНИЭМ)
Рейтинг РСНИЭМ рассчитывается также, как и
РОНИЭМ и имеет такие же разновидности, но с учетом выделения работ и дипломов
молодых представителей ВУЗов по отдельным отраслям науки.
Разновидности РСНИЭМ:
Национальный РСНИЭМ (НРСНИЭМ) – учитываются отраслевые
доклады и дипломы молодых представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретной страны;
Континентальный РСНИЭМ (КРСНИЭМ) – учитываются отраслевые
доклады и дипломы молодых представителей ВУЗов, участвующих в первенствах конкретного континента;
Континентальный межгосударственный КРСНИЭМ
(КМКРСНИЭМ) – КРСНИЭМ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам;
Всемирный РСНИЭМ (ВРСНИЭМ) –
учитываются отраслевые доклады и дипломы

Всемирный межгосударственный ГРСНИЭМ (ВМГРСНИЭМ) –
ГРСНИЭМ с объединительной выборкой по отдельным странам/континентам.
4. МАНВО вправе формировать,
корректировать, анализировать и
подытоживать указанные в настоящем Регламенте рейтинги без согласия их
фигурантов.
5. МАНВО в каждом отчетном году вправе по своему усмотрению формировать все указанные в настоящем Регламенте рейтинги или их отдельные разновидности, а также, путем внесения соответствующих изменений в настоящий Регламент, вводить новые виды рейтингов или корректировать содержание и систему исчисления действующих видов рейтингов.
